Extremely clean and well organized. Most of the staff speak English, or use a translator to help you. The location was awesome, next to the Sannomiya train station and all the good places in downtown. The breakfast didn’t change that much and it’s japanese style, but it was fine for me. Easy to check out. Very quiet during nights, which was amazing. Great price for the room.

The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the station so getting there was a breeze. Check-in and check-out were painlessly simple. The staff were so extremely friendly, even though I spoke almost 0 Japanese. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and satisfying. I've read complaints about the room size and honestly as a solo traveller of 180cm, it was not an issue. The room was super comfortable and the washroom was adequate. Honestly the perfect place if you're planning to stay in and explore Kobe.

Location of the hotel was great. Having a refresh of towels everyday was very nice.

I have a great experience staying at APA hotel Sannomiya. It is close to the station and the city centre. The room is clean and comfortable. Their coin laundry and dryer machines on the first floor were so helpful to me. I would definitely stay in APA hotel next time I visit Kobe.

Big enough for a solo traveler but not too small. WiFi is good to be used for work and teleconference

- The free Wi-Fi connection is stable - The staff will clean up the room every day, if you leave the sign “don’t disturb” outside the room, they will put a bag with all necessary amenities outside the room

Price, location is very good. The rooms are very small as it is designed accordingly. The staff is helpful. If you are traveling alone and stay with in central location it is a good choice
